One core emphasis of Klier & Ott is providing companies with tax advice, which includes all existing legal forms. We deal with bookkeeping and salary accounting (on DATEV base), generate annual accounts as well as opening, intermediate and liquidation balance sheets, create all business tax returns (sales, corporation, and business tax), advise our clients during tax audits and, if required, represent them in court and before financial authorities. We also develop customized concepts for optimizing the tax burden, especially in connection with the re-establishment and reorganization of enterprises. In addition, we are specialized in the tax advice of internationally active individuals and companies.
